Real Estate is the area of concern of each and everybody irrespective of his status. Person has to deal with Real Estate atleast once in his lifetime. Despite of this there is hardly any platform available to make needy people aware about basic things like land dealings, land records, registration, FSI, TDR, transfer of land rights, Society registration and problems related to it.
Secondly Pune and surrounding areas have seen tremendous growth in Construction sector, which has resulted in acute shortage of learned and trained manpower & engineers. At the same time there is a general complaint from the professionals that they do not get proper quality of people. Experts feel that this is mainly because students and youngsters with good academic records do not enter into this fast growing field.
Though this field has seen unprecedented slump in the market, still the requirement of good quality of trained manpower has not gone down. Secondly, hardly any down slide is observed in other main infrastructure areas like Construction Roads, Bridges etc.
This has highlighted need of educating the youngsters about opportunities in this sector. All India Management Association, Pune has formed a Guidance Cell to give free guidance on Reality & Construction Sector Opportunities to the needy youngsters.
