Niket Karajagi is the founder director of Atyaasaa Consulting. He is a master practitioner of neurolinguistic programming (NLP) certified by The National Federation of Neurolinguistic Psychology, USA.

He is a coach of choice for top notch brands to hone the managerial, leadership and business competencies amongst CXOs, VPs and other senior managers. He has varied experience of coaching 50+ senior executives. As a professional coach, he is committed to guide leaders to discover their innate strengths. He facilitates them to set and accomplish challenging and inspiring goals, thus, aiding their journey to be the person they want to be.

He is a mechanical engineer by education with a rich corporate experience of over 12 years in various senior

management positions in brands both in India and overseas.He has extensive training experience of 11 years in the domain of competency enhancement, leadership development, business excellence processes, organisation development and soft skill enhancement. His organisation is a strategic partner to Tata Motors Limited in its endeavour to develop employees to deliver superlative performance.

For him Atyaasaa is a journey of “Awakening Human Excellence” and thus he directs his energy, focus and resources towards this.
