Vijay brings with him 20+ years of experience of Human Resources Management in leading corporates. He has served for growing service sector of India in different capacities. He has diverse HRM experience from logistics, petrochemical, retail finance and engineering services industry.

Currently he heads the HRM function of India operations of Indovance Inc. USA, focusing on resource management, recruitment, training, engagement, retention, productivity and quality of Indovance’s human capital.

He has bachelors degree in commerce from University of Pune and masters degree in human resources management from Symbiosis, Pune.
