Dr.Pramod Jogdeo is Doctorate in Organizational Management  from Pune University in 2005 on the subject “Role & Responsibilities of Nominee Directors in Corporate Governance with reference to selected financial institutions”. He worked for Bank of India for several years as Company Secretary and as a Legal Manager for Investment Manager for BOI Mutual Fund. He also worked as Company Secretary with Kinetic Lease and Finance Ltd. And Forbes Marshall Group for about 7 years.

Since 2005,full time in Academics-Regular and visiting faculty at various Management Institutes in Pune such as International School for Corporate Governance,Symbiosis International University, Institute of Company  Secretaries, Pune, Sankalp Business School, International Business School.

He has published about 50 Research articles in leading business/management magazines such as Chartered Secretary, Vinimay,  Sanhita, Vypari Mitra and has been an author of 4 Books: Towards Positive Thinking, Effective Communication, How to avail loan from Bank, Kramik Shikshan or Shramik Shikshan.

Pramod is a Life Member of Indian Council of Arbitration, New Delhi, Institute of Banking &Finance, Mumbai and Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi.
