Prof (Dr) Manimala Puri Dr Manimala Puri  is Director at JSPM Group of Institutes Pune and has  over 24 years of teaching as well as administrative experience in the field of technical education. She is M.Tech from N.I.T Kurukshetra and PhD (IT) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Delhi. She has also completed course in  business management from I.M.D.R ,Pune.

She has had the distinction of working at All India Council for Technical Education (A.I.C.T.E) as Director where she has contributed to policy making and implementation in the field of technical education at the National Level.

As Director, AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) included visiting different colleges for approvals, she was involved in policy making related to technical education, handled various faculty development schemes and administration of AICTE headquarters at Delhi and seven regional offices spread across the country .

She was also involved in editing “Norms and Standards “published by AICTE.

As well as compiling the PG Review Committee Report namely “Reshaping PostGraduate Education and Research in Engineering &Technology “  and the Compendium of AICTE.

She has presented and published various research papers in National and International Conferences and Refreed International Journals. 

Dr M.M.Puri is a member of various professional bodies like I.S.T.E ,C.S.I , and I.E.E.E. She is also EC member of association of M.B.A and M.C.A Institutes namely AMMI & MAMI. She was also member Board of Studies (Electronics) Pune University and member Board of Examinations I.I.I.E.

She has also been invited to contribute a chapter on “Quality in Engineering Education “ being published by Melbourne University Australia.
